Radiology Associates of Ocala is seeking a full-time Patient Services Coordinator to provide quality customer service in a busy outpatient imaging center. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless patient experience by collecting and entering accurate demographic and insurance information into our system. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect copays, deductibles, and outstanding payments from patients.
- Cross-reference scheduled appointments with radiology orders to ensure the correct exam is performed.
- Answer a multi-line phone system in a courteous and friendly manner, routing incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Validate insurance information and ensure pre-authorization documentation and authorization numbers are obtained and entered accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients by addressing their needs and questions in a professional and friendly manner.
