Summary:This position is for the Call Center dept. Under the supervision of the Practice Administrator & Nurse, perform routine clerical duties, answer patients' questions or concerns, and other duties as directed by supervision.Requirements:Responsible for the integrity of the data.If needed, request patients' Medical Records.Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls.Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of one (1) year customer service experience requiredDemonstrated typing skills for CRT input requiredDemonstrated ability to accurately conduct and record a patient interview, to obtain clinical, demographic, and financial informationDemonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and to deal calmly with individuals under stressBi-lingual, Spanish preferredEqual Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action:The Institute for Family Health is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
