Description Upon submitting an application, you will be contacted to participate in our weekly interviewing events!Location: UCHealth Greeley HospitalDepartment: UC Health Virtual Health Center- PTTFTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per payperiod (2 weeks)Shifts Available: Shift hours are from 11:00 am to 11:30 pm.Pay: $19.67 - $25.57/ hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.Summary:Provides clinical and technical real time support in an onsite virtual health center.Responsibilities:
  • Responds to clinical support requests from care team members. Determines nature and scope of technological issues and appropriately supports.
  • Monitors clinical areas for equipment requiring intervention or service. Escalates issues to higher level technical support or management as needed.
  • Performs routine cleaning and inventory. Conducts visual inspections on basic medical equipment.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Performs well in a rapidly changing environment and takes appropriate actions.

    • Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED, or in lieu of HS/GED, satisfactory completion of UCHealth-administered basic competency test is required.Required Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire.Minimum Experience: None required.
