SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Performs activities related to transportation of patients to and from diagnostic testing, room-to-room transfers, discharge, and admission as directed by nursing and ancillary departments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

* 18 years of age (minimum); High School Diploma or equivalent preferred OR High School Diploma.

* AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
