Performance Pattern & Machine, INC is an innovative leader in the arena of tooling for the foundry, mold and aerospace industries and we are expanding our tooling staff. From casting design to finish machined part, we desire to excel for our customer. At PPM we develop practical tooling designs and manufacture those to the customer's requirements. PPM also has an extensive machine shop to produce parts of various sizes and materials. Performance Pattern is ISO/AS9100 certified, and ITAR registered.

This individual must have creative abilities and competent use of SolidWorks.

We are looking for a problem solver able to take a designed casting, add draft, add machine finish, design cores and ultimately machine and finish the final design. Materials would include aluminum, urethanes and iron. PPM's customer base includes sand and permanent mold foundries, vacuum forming and aerospace molds.

We are looking for a professional who enjoys the fast pace, challenging and team-oriented approach. Must have good communication skills and a desire for excellence as well as a proven track record of success.

SolidWorks, Visi Cam, Fusion 360 Other design and CAM software would be applicable.
