Job Description:Pawnbrokers provide customer service to loan and retail customers. The number one priority of a pawnbroker is providing recognition and assistance to our customers.

Duties:
  • Assisting pawn and sales customers with their needs.
  • Building a team-oriented environment through assisting other employees in all store activities.
  • Maintaining a presentable store and store grounds at all times.
  • Filing pawn tickets, daily inventory counts, and merchandising.
    • Skills/Education Required:

    No Experience Necessary. Potential employees must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn new skills. High School diploma minimum.

    Other Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Must be able to obtain a Pawnshop License.
  • Must provide own mode of transportation to and from work.
  • May be required to push, pull or carry items weighing 10 plus pounds.
  • May come in contact with chemicals for cleaning and acids for metal testing.
  • Must be able to read and write English fluently.
  • Must have sales and basic mathematical skills.
