Payment Innovation Director - Elevance Health : Job Details

Creates value-based payment program concepts, writes business case and requirements documents, and develops ROI analysis. Partners with team members to infuse creativity and innovation into projects, contributing to the elevation of departmental standards and overall organizational success. Performs complex market and competitive analysis in partnership with technical, clinical, and other cross functional teams. Works with other business partners to develop strategic roadmaps, guide and support solution development, and pilot and solution launch activities. Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs. Leads special projects/initiatives. Minimum Requirements:Requires BA/ BS in business or related field and a minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare systems, and 5 years of experience in a strategy role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
