Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
  • Responsible for the security of workstation and work area in regards to the confidentiality of the data and the systems.
  • Process borrower, consolidation, and other payments as directed.
  • Assist with Payment image review and make corrections as directed.
  • Assist with completion of daily tasks generated by internal and external entities, Nintex workflow, and Sharepoint Issues as assigned.
  • Assist in correcting discrepancies on accounts as directed.
  • Assist with processing identified unapplied funds as directed
  • Assist in running reports and process all associated tasks with the reports as directed.
  • Assist with KwikPay setups/changes/cancels as directed.
  • Maintain department established standards as advised by leadership.
  • Review employee handbook quarterly for changes and updates.
  • Other duties deemed necessary.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Ability to learn quickly through continuous Comprehensive Training
  • Multi-tasking skills including time management
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Superior customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Degree or Veterans preferred but not required
  • Must not currently be in default on student loans
  • Must pass a Federal Clearance background check
  • Experience with MS Office
