Family-owned and operated full scale bathroom remodeling company is looking for an energetic, people orientated, self-starter that wants to join our growing Re-Bath team; a team that has been recently awarded Franchise of the Year.

Responsibilites include collecting and processing final payments for bathroom remodel projects. This entails check, credit card, financing and specified operatons for Home Depot and Lowes partnered work ordrers. Also tracking remittances from vendor partners and recording for accuracy. Additionally, this position will provide administrative support for the Production and Service Department, as well as providing quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Examples of Work:

Maintains specialized knowledge relevant to department assignments. For example, technical information regarding required documents and procedures for Home Depot (HD Service Center) and Lowes (Installation Made Easy) platforms. Uploads documents, pictures and enters payment receipts and notes into SaleForce CRM.

Handles payments from clients and techs on job site and enters into portal, sends payment confirmations. Collection calls and correspondence as required for prompt close out of all completed jobs. Works closely with Accounting and Controller.

Performs general clerical duties ; word processing, filing, answering phones, transferring calls, managing text line, and responding to on call messages.

Assists with coordinating all aspects of production materials, client correspondence and necessary preparations for team of 20+ ReBath certifiied installers.

Supports the Service team: gathers information for incoming service calls and prepares service ticket, communicates with client to schedule service appointments, scans completed service reports.

Performs follow up calls with ReBath clients post install, requests review, sends link, collaborates with team to maintain and exceed our high reputation score.

Performs other duties or projects as may be assigned.

Qualifications

Good math skills, attention to detail and accuracy when following a multitude of steps that vary depending on contract/payment type.

Microsoft Office Suite proficient, comfortable using double monitors, efficient keyboard and written skills with standard grammatical practice.

Strong and confident phone skills with the ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions, scripts, and procedures.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, National partners and customer base.

Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time, accurately, during high volume situations. Adaptable to unpredictable situations that require a change in focus.

Reliable, motivated, eager for continuous learning and takes initiative for the betterment of the Re-Bath Team!

Experience and Training

High School Graduate or its equivalent.

A strong preference for candidates with prior payment processing or bookeeping experience.

Customer Service experience (3 years preferred).

Salesforce experience (Perferred)
