May include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, working with spreadsheets and working on various payroll projects. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. What will you be doing? Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls. Deliver mail/packages to employees. Help ensure the break room is stocked with coffee and supplies for employees. Help with event planning & celebrations. Order and stock office supplies. Greet customers to the Heartland officePackage and ship internal Heartland Payroll mail to various locations/employees. Light clerical duties as needed. Other duties as assigned. What are the requirements? Customer-service oriented with excellent phone manners. General office skills. Proficient in Windows PC environment with accurate data entry / keyboarding skills.
