EyeCare Partners is looking for a full-time Payroll Administrator. We are seeking a highly organized and detailed-oriented individual who excels at multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Strong organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Sort, organize, and document all incoming mail and packages, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to the appropriate responsible parties in our payroll department as well and scanning, saving and recording documentation details to tracking spreadsheets. Research and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with associates and other departments with questions, concerns or requests regarding payroll related information. Participate special periodic and annual projects Assist with BLS (Bureau of Labor Statistics), OES (Occupation Employment Statistics),. Multiple Worksite reporting. Completing registrations for State, SUI, and Local tax jurisdictions both online and using paper registrations. Ability to efficiently communicate and work with third party vendors. Requirements: Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Clerk, or similar role Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in HR, Finance, Accounting or related field recommended. Familiarity with payroll processes and regulations. Proven intermediate efficiency with Microsoft products including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, One Drive and MS Office 365. Experience with the Ceridian Dayforce payroll system is a plus but not required. Ability to follow (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures to complete Bureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Employment Statistics, and Multi-Worksite reporting on a recurring basis. Ability to follow instructions to complete registrations for State, SUI, and Local tax jurisdictions both online and using paper registrations. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy as well as reviewing reports and ensuring data integrity. Ability to prioritize workload to meet daily task deadlines as well as project deadlines. Ability to multi-task, and demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, management, and external agencies regarding payroll matters. Ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality and discretion. Agile in a face-paced environment Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
