- Oversee payroll processing for 500+ employees with complex pay structures and calculations.
- Calculate and enter payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review, reconcile, and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions.
- Maintain payroll files, including updates for new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Generate and review payroll reports for management.
- Ensure accurate cost allocation for wages, benefits, and employee insurance coverage.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing support and clarification.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of payroll administration experience.
- Associate degree in Accounting required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ADP, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to deadlines and detail.
