Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the Payroll and Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, be collaborative and the ability to work independently.
**Job Title:** Payroll Administrator
**Location:** Remote
**Pay Range:** Based on experience
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage and administer the payroll process in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and corporate policies using ADP
+ Review and process deductions for levy, garnishment, and child support orders, as well as various benefit deductions including 401(K) contributions and benefit premiums
+ Prepare various payroll reports for management and end-users using ADP Workforce Now custom reporting and Excel
+ Assist with continuous improvement projects within the payroll function
+ Prepare payroll-related accrual journal entries at month-end and reconcile payroll subledger to general ledger
**What's Needed?**
+ BA in business, finance, human resources, or related discipline and 4 years of experience in payroll, finance, human resources, or a related data/analytics position or an AA in business, finance, human resources, or related discipline and 6 years of experience in payroll, finance, human resources, or a related data/analytics position required
+ At least 3 years managing or administering payroll required in a human resources or payroll function required
+ **ADP experience required.** Previous experience with Workday and/or SAP strongly preferred
+ **Advanced level of Excel required**
+ CPP or other applicable certification preferred
