EXPECTED HOURS/SHIFT: Full-Time (80 hours bi-weekly), primarily Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p JOB SUMMARY:

• Under the direction of the Director of Finance/Controller, the Payroll Administrator is responsible for timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll, in accordance with company policies and all applicable laws and regulations. The Payroll Administrator performs various basic accounting functions including but not limited to filing and reports. The Payroll Administrator maintains all functions of the organizations payroll system (UKG). This includes all report building, interfacing with other hospital systems, system setup and maintenance, time clock programming and troubleshooting and all training/education for the payroll (UKG) system.

PREREQUISITES

• Education: Associates degree in accounting or related field. Education may be substituted with a minimum of four years of work experience in a payroll associate role.
