Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Reports to: Payroll Supervisor
Schedule: M-F, Hybrid
Pay: $23-27/hour
Job Summary:
We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to assist in the modernization of a multi-state, multi-FEIN payroll department. Utilizing key skills as time management, attention to detail, and effective communication, you will be responsible for the day-to-day system maintenance and payroll processing actives for assigned pay groups from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day payroll processing in ADP Vantage.
- Calculate, confirm and transmit payrolls for each assigned pay group.
- Process data changes including new hires, pay rate changes, terminations, etc.
- Respond to payroll related inquires and collaborate with partners to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist the team in identifying and implementing process improvement and efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in handling payroll operations, multi-state experience a plus!
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end payroll and an understanding of payroll best practices.
- Detailed oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems, preferably ADP Vantage.
- Capacity to work independently and as an effective team member
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
