Job Description :
This position is responsible for preparing reports and recommending procedures to improve organizational performance. - This position is responsible for accurately maintaining Payroll files and records in a timely manner. Responsible for the processing and shipping of payroll checks. - Responsible for routine payroll functions and maintaining accurate payroll files and records. - Responsible for maintaining/updating payroll records and acts as a liaison between Profit Centers, Field and Corporate staff. - Has a working knowledge of Ceridian software to support personnel. - Performs any other duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager / HR Manager. - Being accountable and responsible for all aspects of quality service for internal employees. - Research and resolve employee questions / concerns. - Process manual checks for employee payments. - Maintain employee's files and records. - Enter wage garnishments / levies as appropriate. - Perform other duties assigned as by the manager.
