Job Title: Payroll Analyst Job Description Analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and resolve discrepancies. Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, deductions, and benefits. Prepare and submit detailed payroll reports to management and relevant authorities. Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. Assist with the preparation of year-end tax documents, such as W-2s and 1099s. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations. Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Participate in payroll system upgrades and implementations. Responsibilities

Work Environment Hybrid work environment with 2 days on-site (Thursday is mandatory) and 3 days remote.
