Dimensions and Aspects

  • Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise (Breadth and depth of knowledge, application and complexity of technical knowledge)
  • 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing required, with in depth knowledge and application of payroll principles, concepts and industry practices and standards
  • Knowledge of ADP payroll systems, Workday HCM and Kronos Time-keeping systems re-quired
  • Requires extensive experience partnering with Mobility team and vendors to manage the pay-roll reporting requirements for both domestic and global assignments
  • Knowledge of Equity plans for payroll reporting purposes
  • Experience working within a high growth company with proven ability to multi-task within a multi entity structure
  • Must be detail and goal oriented and have strong follow-through skills.
  • Professionalism in dealing with customers and ability to work with other internal resources is required.
