Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll & Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with payroll, handling invoices, and managing accounts payable functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a basic understanding of financial processes. RESPONSIBLITIES:
  • Review and process incoming invoices for payment
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
  • Maintain vendor accounts
  • Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues
  • Perform other related financial tasks as needed
Job RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in payroll, accounts payable, or a similar role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and payroll systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
