Your Role and Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently according to company policies.
• Ensure timely and precise compensation to our employees while complying with relevant regulations.
• Conduct reconciliations of compensation, tax, and benefits information at both the facility and employee levels.
• Provide expert support for any payroll-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Preferred: Experience in payroll, accounts payable, or related operational roles.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical, observational, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work on weekdays, weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed to meet deadlines.
