Our Las Vegas headquarters is home to our national customer service, accounting, and technology teams, along with our Network Operations Center (NOC), which provides Internet security services and remote 24/7 monitoring for all of our networks.Summary of Key Responsibilities:Payroll Assistant:Assist the Payroll Administrator in the following:
- Maintain, prepare, and process payroll for organization personnel
- Prepare payroll related journal entries for period-end. Maintain current knowledge of IRS regulations
- Compile, Reconcile and submit payroll deductions related to benefits, check requests and payments
- Audit employee timesheets for hours worked and accuracy
- Create, Maintain Test and Update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Any other payroll duties as required by the business
Key skills and Competency Requirements:
- Experience of using UKG is advantageous; however, extensive experience of a computerized payroll system is essential
- Strong MS Outlook, Advanced Excel and Word skills are essential
- Experience of Payroll or HR administration is desirable although not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communicator and personable
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize

- Team player
