Job Description :
Concept2 has a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional. This is a hybrid position based out of our Morrisville, VT headquarters. You will enjoy a wide variety of responsibilities and will help lead Concept2 HR into the future. The ideal candidate will support a positive, healthy, collaborative work environment across our USA and International offices, focusing on:
  • Manage and process our biweekly payroll.
  • Administer and manage all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, and voluntary benefits.
  • Organize and conduct employee benefit meetings and training as necessary.
  • Onboard new employees to set them up for for success at C2
  • Lead various wellness and culture programs across the organization.
  • Regulatory and labor law compliance.
  • Recruiting and participating in hiring teams.
  • Responsible for all government reporting (EEOC, ACA, Etc.).
Required Qualifications A sense of humor, gregarious nature, strong work ethic, honesty, and genuine motivation to help the employees of C2 be their best, along with:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • College degree or equivalent training/experience
  • High degree of self-awareness and emotional maturity
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, HRIS)
  • Experience with BambooHR a plus
