If you have the required skill set, education requirements, and experience, please click the submit button and follow the next steps.Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is On-Site at the location detailed in the job post.Position Summary: The Payroll/ Billing Clerk is an entry level position in the billing department.Essential Functions:Ensure accurate and efficient entry of field unit billing.Ensure completion of billing procedures to meet weekly deadlines.Invoicing of assigned billing jobs.Monitor aged Accounts Receivable for unpaid invoices andcorrespondence with customers to collect unpaid invoices.Validate all work orders being invoiced.Monitor unbilled work orders received, maintaining a spreadsheet with explanations.Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesOther Requirements:Associate degree in Business/Accounting and or with 1 to 2 years relevant job experiencesPossess excellent data entry skills, 10 key as well as entering data into a free text form (unit descriptions, collections notes, etc.)Possess basic knowledge of computer software (Excel, Word and Oracle)Understands the proper use of office equipment-facsimile, copier, etc.Willing to work over-time when requestedAble to work well under various stressful and time-sensitive situationsMust have strong attention to detailGood communication skillsPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
