Payroll Clerk - Seneca Foods Corporation : Job Details

Responsible for the accurate preparation of the plants hourly payroll. Maintain timekeeping on a Kronos based system. Process payroll using SAP based system. Maintain personnel and attendance records. Maintain employee records in a confidential and professional manner. Must cover other administrative duties as needed. Create POs. Back up for HR. Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP and Kronos. Must have good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently. Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment. Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Ability to work with all levels of the organization. High school diploma and/or degree in Accounting/ Payroll. Required to lift 50 pounds. Valid Drivers license...Payroll, Clerk, Manufacturing, Accounting
