Performance Automotive Network is looking for an entry-level Payroll Clerk. We are a high-volume, family-owned dealer group with over 50 years of experience. Our dealership group includes multiple brands such as Lexus, Toyota, Honda, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM, Ford, Lincoln,GMC, Cadillac, and HondaMotorSportss, along with several collision and repair centers.

In addition, you must be able to complete tasks independently and support other payroll department colleagues as directed.

Payroll Clerk responsibilities:

• Assemble and complete biweekly and monthly payrolls for multiple companies
• Responsible for maintaining all employee records as they pertain to payroll
• Process on-boarding of new associates, along with completing separations
• Answer and setup garnishments as well as insurance deductions and other payroll deductions
• Answer payroll related questions
• Complete projects as assigned

Payroll Clerk qualifications:

• Previous payroll experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Paylocity HR software is a plus
• Strong knowledge of MS Office to include Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strict attention to detail, highly organized
• Ability to enter data efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining confidentiality is essential
• Demonstrate and use positive attitude with co-workers
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
