• Provide expert consultation on payroll matters to various departments within the organization.
• Lead the implementation and management of HRIS systems, ensuring smooth and efficient payroll operations.
• Utilize Ceridian Dayforce Payroll system to process payroll, manage employee data, and generate reports.
• Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and errors.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver training to staff on new payroll processes and systems.
• Stay abreast of latest trends and developments in payroll technology and regulations within the energy industry.
• Provide recommendations on process improvements and system enhancements to increase payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably within the energy industry.
• Proven experience with HRIS implementation and Ceridian Payroll system is required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll best practices, regulations, and tax laws.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex payroll issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
