Job Title: Payroll Coordinator Job Specialty: Job Duration: 9 months Shift: Day - 5x8 - 08:00AM - 04:00PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Experience: 3 years of experience in timesheet preparation and reconciliation, payroll preparation, customer service with employees, and relevant software skills License: Certifications: High School Diploma/GED required; College graduate preferred Must-Have: Advanced communication and computer skills Job Description: - Prepare and reconcile timesheets- Handle payroll preparation- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries, including accuracy of payments, leave balance inquiries, forms, and timekeeping system assistance- Provide excellent customer service and timekeeping/payroll support- Undertake other assignments as necessary Skills Required: - Experience in timesheet preparation and reconciliation- Proficiency in payroll preparation- Relevant software skills Languages: - English: Read, Write, Speak- Spanish: Read, Write, Speak
