Responsibilities

The payroll obtains financial data for use in maintaining payroll records, payroll processing and provides support to the business office. Performs administrative duties including file maintenance, tracking of personnel files and training documentation to support the needs of the department while maintaining strict confidentiality. Actively works to support the facility mission of providing an environment of safety so that the residents feel empowered to heal the wounds of the past and build a foundation of hope for the future.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, very organized, exhibit advanced knowledge in Microsoft suite and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Minimum three years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
