Position Responsibilities:

The Corporate Payroll Coordinator position will perform the following duties:

* Performs all activities necessary to process corporate payroll

* Maintains related records, balances and controls earnings and deduction totals

* Processes terminations, processes involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments

* Prepares accounting transactions and documents

* Inspects automated system output such as registers and standard reports, and determining and correcting out-of-balance conditions.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1+ year(s) experience performing the related job functions mentioned in description

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

2-4 years processing payroll

Accounting experience

Experience in large public company

Experience within foodservice industry

CPP Designation - Certified Payroll Professional
