Payroll Coordinator - Reyes Holdings : Job Details

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $78,480.00 - $98,100.00 Annually

Position Responsibilities:

* Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing in compliance with government regulations as a Payroll Specialist

* Manage and oversee the processing of multiple weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, ensuring full compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements and contractual obligations

* Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing while strictly adhering to all relevant federal and state regulations

* Conduct thorough analysis of payroll issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and accuracy as a Payroll Specialist

* Collaborate effectively with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain system integrity and ensure compliance during payroll setup and updates

* Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to team members, facilitating local training sessions as needed to enhance team skills and knowledge

* Oversee and manage salary adjustments, deductions, bonuses, and payroll accounting, including the processing of final checks for both voluntary and involuntary employee separations

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

* Associate's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree
