Payroll Coordinator - Krispy Kreme : Job Details

The brand's iconic Hot Light lets consumers know when doughnuts are being made in the shop so they can stop in and enjoy them hot, right off the line. The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for processing payroll on a weekly basis for retail shops, commissary, and route sales personnel for Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll checks and provide resolution to employee issues. Assist with special reporting on an as needed basis. A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGResponsible for payroll balancing from Kronos to Ultipro on a weekly basisReview Hot Schedules systems for missing time clock punches for all locations and send notification to shop for correction required in order to complete weekly approval processMaintain Direct Deposit setup and/or changes to employee bank accountsReview Talent Reef Onboarding system for new hire that have completed their paperworkSet up employees requests for pay cards on pay card systemSet up general deductions for child support, garnishments, branded apparel or any other general deductions in current payroll systemRespond to employee or management requests regarding payroll reporting or information neededAssist with scanning all payroll documents for closed payroll periodsAssist with W-2 distribution and inquiriesOther special duties as assigned YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESSHigh School Graduate or Some college courses or equivalent related experience a plusUltipro/Ultimate Software experience or other compatible payroll processing softwareExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenPC Skills - Windows, Excel, Outlook, WordIBM iSeries experience - design & run queries, export data to spreadsheetPayroll processing knowledge desired but not requiredKronos Time and Attendance system experience a plus FPC or CPP Certification a plusConfidentiality crucial to this positionAttention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature of work performed by the employees assigned to this job and are not the official job description for the position.
