Payroll-HR Specialist - Kendall Hunt Publishing : Job Details

We're looking for a Payroll & HR Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring seamless payroll processing while also supporting HR initiatives that enhance the employee experience. Salary commensurate with experience.What You'll Do:

• Process bi-weekly payroll for employees across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, assisting with various HR functions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to streamline and enhance payroll and HR processes.
• Assist in employee onboarding, benefits administration, and continuous process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (May 2025 graduates welcome to apply!).
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with payroll and HR systems.
• Strong attention to detail - ensuring every paycheck is timely and accurate.
• A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to enhance processes.
• Experience with isolved HCM is a plus but not required.
