Payroll Human Resources Specialist - TemPositions : Job Details

Our client, an industry leading consumer products company, is adding an HR Payroll Analyst to the team.

In this position, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Processing payroll weekly
• Reviewing timesheets for accuracy
• Calculation of payroll
• Ensure accurate payroll taxes
• Handle benefits and deductions
• Address and resolve payroll inquiries
• Manager portals for payroll and HR / benefits
• Exercise discretion and confidentiality .
• Onboarding etc.
• Support month end reporting and compensation reporting
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2+ years payroll processing for 150+ // Bachelors Degree // Bilingual (Spanish)
• Paylocity Experience Required
• Ability to be in the office daily
