We're currently pipelining talent for FUTURE needs for an Implementation Integrations Analyst, working with project teams to implement outbound payroll deduction instruction files and reconciliation back feed files for new client configurations.
The Gig:
* Communication with clients and vendors regarding requirements gathering and analysis; this involves ownership of action item resolution, working through issues with clients/vendors.
* Coordination with project team members to understand client-specific benefits structure, file layouts, field mappings, and profiles
* Detailed documentation and configuration of files, along with secure file transfer setup and testing
* Coordination with client and vendor contacts for meetings, specifications layout and testing
* Coordination with project manager to maintain project tracking documentation and status reports
* Use of industry file formats such as ANSI 834
* Use of tools such as JavaScript/XML/XLS; Beyond Compare, SQL, Access, Excel
* Peer assistance on quality assurance, defect tracking, and resolution
* Participation in status discussions raising risk as needed
* Engagement in a culture of continuous improvement
* Exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams
* Cross-functional project participation
* Build a broad understanding of delivery best practices and apply them effectively with our internal and external clients
What you need to make the cut:
* 3+ years of administrative outsourcing analyst or equivalent industry experience; programming experience within SaaS a plus
* Proven knowledge and understanding of payroll, EDI 834 file formats
* Advanced knowledge of system, service offerings and data relationship management as it relates to in- and outbound files
* Demonstrated ability to mentor and train peers
* Subject matter expertise in data imports, exports, and/or payroll
* High level of proficiency in payroll, imports and exports
* Client facing communication skills, taking a consultative approach to industry and organizational best practice
* Contributions towards leadership and mentorship
* Ability to handle multiple client assignments, with overlapping timelines
* Ability to course-correct potential risk and serve as escalation point for technical solutioning
* Consult on various approaches to working with internal and external partners to define solutions where they may not clearly exist
* Experience with various programming languages (demonstrating the ability to learn - e.g. VBA, VBScript, JavaScript, macros and scripts); XML/XSL proficiency; expertise with Excel
* A confident, positive self-starter who achieves high performance standards coupled with a willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks and projects
* BS required, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or related field of study
The pay range for this position is 52K to 81K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, balanced against internal equity and competitive market based geographic ranges).
This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.
