Job Title: Payroll Manager Location: Fully remote or option for hybrid in the NYC area Salary Range : $100,000 - $125,000 LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our Clients organization, fully remote or option for hybrid in the NYC area. The Payroll Manager with expertise in Workday software is responsible for managing payroll operations and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the entire payroll process using Workday, including data entry, calculations, and generating reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Oversee payroll audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Work closely with HR to ensure correct employee classifications and benefits deductions.
• Implement and enhance payroll procedures and workflows within Workday for maximum efficiency.
• Provide training and support to payroll staff, addressing and resolving any payroll-related concerns.

This role demands a keen attention to detail, expertise in Workday, and a thorough knowledge of payroll laws and best practices. A background in accounting or finance, along with relevant experience, is generally preferred.
