Payroll Processor Consultant - Sayva Solutions : Job Details

About the Opportunity:We are partnering with a large healthcare company that is seeking a Payroll Processing Consultant to join their team. You will support the payroll function and an ongoing clean up project.

Duration: 4 months minimum.

This position can be 100% remote, working Pacific Time hours. Candidates must live in states in the Pacific Time, Mountain Time, or Central Time zones.

Compensation: $30-$40/hr.Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support the payroll processing function for over 15,000 employees.
• Own clean-up project of payroll function including processing terminations, leave coordination for pay calculations, review the payroll run, review the payroll cycle and associated reports.
• Address rejected timecards, missing timecards, and do pay adjustments as needed.
• Perform net pay analysis, manage the PTO balance and ensure data is properly entered into the company system.
• Ad-hoc specialized payroll projects to ensure timely and efficient payroll processing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field, ideal but not required.
• 5+ years' experience in payroll processing for large companies.
• Experience with payroll software required.
• Self-starter with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
• Sharp problem-solving skills with an ability to approach challenging situations.
