Payroll Processor - Frasco : Job Details

Description: Non-exempt / Hourly Reports to HR Director/CFO This is a full-time position based in Irvine, CA with work from home flexibility Responsibilities: Process weekly payroll for all employees Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime,and deductions Prepare and distribute payroll reports Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity Assist with payroll audits and compliance reporting Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues Requirements: Associates degree in a related field Minimum of 3 years payroll processing experience Experience in payroll batch processing Initiative to implement Operational Best practices Maintain payroll information and highest levels of confidentiality Experience in reporting Payroll information to external agencies Experience working in a business setting with multiple revenue generating centers Ability to create ad-hoc reporting in Excel and within payroll operating software to reduce processing time Must have proficiency in v-lookups, pivot tables, and formatting in Excel Experience using Paylocity or other related HRIS preferred Benefits $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience 401K with company match Medical/Dental/Vision Employer Paid Life Insurance Paid time off and Holiday Pay ABOUT US: Frasco Investigative Services, a division of Frasco, Inc., provides unparalleled quality investigations throughout the entire United States.
