Job Title: Payroll Processor
Job Description
+ Experience processing payroll for 13,000+ employees on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis is preferred. Experience with ADP is required. Experience with multiple pay periods is a strong preference. Responsible for 4 to 5 entities (processing for 400-500 people).
+ First point of contact for payroll-related questions and issues and provide excellent Tier I support for general questions and issues.
+ Support the intake, assigning, research, and resolution of general payroll and timekeeping inquiries.
+ Assist with specific data entry such as direct deposit, supervisory, and demographic information changes.
+ Monitor payroll hotline while providing outstanding customer service support.
+ Assist with workflow approvals with ADP Vantage as needed.
+ Assist with special projects as identified by the Payroll/HRIS Systems Manager and Payroll Ancillary Manager.
+ Learn specific duties of Time & Attendance Analyst and Payroll/HRIS Analyst to act as backup.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
