Payroll Specialist/Accounting Clerk - Geosonics : Job Details

Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc., a seismic consulting company is searching for a Payroll Specialist/Accounting Clerk to join our team at our Warrendale, Pennsylvania location. In this position, you will assist in payroll and benefit administration, report preparation and general accounting tasks. What You'll Be Doing:

• Enter, maintain and process information in the payroll system
• Assist with monthly payroll processing
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare payroll journal entries
• Assist with the administration of all benefit programs, including enrollments and status changes
• Process employee benefits with providers and reconcile invoices
• Assist with 401(k) administration, including payroll reporting, tracking eligibility and compliance audits
• Provide data entry and clerical support to accounting department

Your Background:

• 3-5 years accounting or bookkeeping, including payroll & benefit administration
• Highly proficient MS Office and accounting software
• Experience with PayCor a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
