Job Description :
- Responsibilities Include:
- Process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Generate certified payroll, EEO payroll, and union payroll reports.
- Set up direct deposits and manage online pay stub portals.
- Input equipment hours into Foundation software and handle payroll-related data entry.
- Administer unemployment claims, file union benefit reports, and audit payroll forms.
- Address payroll issues and assist with employee benefits inquiries.
- Record confirmed projects on the bid calendar and support the Estimating Team.
- Apply for bid bonds and insurance reviews using relevant forms.
- Post prospective bids in publications and complete bid envelopes with required details.
- Prepare and finalize bid forms, ensuring accuracy and quick input with editable PDFs.
- Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or human resources is preferred.
- 5 years of payroll experience, including processing union and non-union payroll.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Foundation preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
