Their expertise with ADP eV6 and knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations make them a valuable asset for maintaining smooth payroll cycles and supporting your organization's financial operations.

salary: $27 - $30 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for 500+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax filings and reporting.

Manage payroll systems and software, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning effectively.

Handle complex payroll calculations, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly and professionally.

Prepare and submit regular payroll reports to senior management.

Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll integration.

Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.

Stay current with changes in payroll laws and regulations, ensuring the company's payroll practices are up-to-date.
