• Compile, prepare, and accurately enter timekeeping and payroll for all departments
• Compute and disburse salaries, deductions, taxes, and other withholdings
• Post payroll data and prepare reports
• Stay updated with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors
• Process and monitor garnishment orders and other factors that impact payroll specifications
• Prepare all related payroll reports including tax payments, W-2s, child support and garnishments, and other year-end reports.
• Update and maintain the database regarding salaries
• Assist in payroll audits
• Other clerical duties as needed

Job Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of payroll experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent data entry skills

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $26.00 - $35.00 Per Hour
