An employer is looking to hire a Payroll Specialist in New York, NY. The Payroll Specialist will oversee payroll processing and analysis across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring full compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing payroll-related service requests from both active employees and retirees through The Employee Hub system, including comprehensive analysis and interpretation of exception time. The position requires serving as an Administrator for our ADP Solution platform, handling payroll tax matters and employee garnishments throughout the year. Additionally, the Specialist will support the Department Manager and team members with special assignments, various departmental studies, and other projects as needed. Required Skills & Experience -Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field -2+ years of full-time experience in a Payroll-specific role supporting a company of 500+ employees Nice to Have Skills & Experience -Proficiency in HCM Cloud system -Proficiency in Oracle EBS Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
