What's the role? Payroll/HCM Specialists are responsible for preparing client payrolls in accordance with wage and tax guidelines, processing garnishments, generating payroll documents, and tax reports for clients in the isolved HCM platform. This includes:
- Processing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for clients as well as after the fact payrolls.
- Generating quarterly and year-end payroll reports including W2s.
- Updating employee payroll information and adjustments per client requests.
What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
- Comfortable working daily on the computer including in payroll software and Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with our customers on the phone, via email, and in person.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in a related payroll-processing role highly desired.
- Knowledge of payroll law and regulations highly desired.
- Experience working in the isolved payroll system highly desired.
- Experience with payroll implementations desired, but not required.

What's the schedule? This role supports our office hours of Monday-Friday 8a-5p with a steady 40 hours per week. Generally overtime is not expected except during January and February for year end.
