The Payroll Specialist processes payroll twice a month, assists with benefits management such as 401k and Flex Spending, and PTO. This job is part-time and expected to work M-F 9-1. Outstanding benefits and pay make HOMEBANK an employer of choice in the financial industry.Key DutiesProcessing payroll - bi-monthly for 9 locations.Point of contact for 401k and FSA benefits.Monthly balancing of benefits to billing and payroll related accounts.Monitor PTO balances and spreadsheetsAssist CFO with compensation management including commission and fringe.Assist HR with onboarding and annual open enrollment.Assist CFO with annual audits.Above average math and computer skills.
