Payroll Specialist - Badger Daylighting : Job Details

About the Role

The Payroll Specialist manages and executes payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation while maintaining compliance with regulations.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Processes weekly/biweekly payroll in ADP Workforce.

* Validates and audit payroll reports.

* Prepares Union Fringe & Certified Payroll Reports.

* Supports payroll projects & union audits.

* Initiates continuous improvement in US payroll process and Canadian payroll operation including payroll processing, yearend activities etc.

What You'll Need for Success:

* Education Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline would be preferred, or a combination or the equivalent work experience.

* 7+years payroll experience in full-cycle US payroll of multiple jurisdictions and job sites.

* Multiple union experience required.

* Experience in ADP Workforce preferred.

* Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
