A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist responsible for supporting the full cycle payroll process.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess multi-state bi-weekly and ad-hoc payroll accurately and timelyEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax lawsAssist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation and distributionRequired Qualifications3+ years of payroll experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceAssociates Degree or equivalent education and/or on-the-job experienceStrong understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulationsProficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially ExcelAbility to maintain confidentiality of payroll information and sensitive employee data
