PTO Hybrid Work ScheduleIn Office PerksJob DetailsProcess multi state payroll processes for all employees at the instruction of the Payroll Director.Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions and reconciles balance sheet related payroll accounts quarterly.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws, legislative mandates and best practices. Audit payroll related tax returns, W2 and 1095 year-end returns filed on behalf of the Institute.Ensure accurate calculation of wages, benefits, and deductions, and address any payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.Process garnishments, benefits, and taxes in accordance with federal and state laws.Handle multi-state payroll tax compliance and reportingResolve payroll-related issues promptly Administer 401K contributions and manage year-end processing and reporting.Qualifications:1.
