Job Function:
Ensure the accurate and timely issuance of employee payments in alignment with the assigned weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles.Work closely with HR and Finance departments to correct payroll discrepancies and process adjustments as necessary.Maintain an in-depth understanding of Kronos time and attendance software, preferable with strong understanding of accrual rules.Stay current with payroll regulations and tax laws, ensuring compliance at all levels.Process union payroll alongside standard payroll in accordance with collective bargaining agreements.Provide payroll reports and analyses as requested by management.Collaborate in year-end reporting and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
