Duties:
Support and process payroll for various multiple legal entities and pay groupsPartner with HR and Payroll colleagues to provide quality customer serviceAdminister payrolls in accordance with company policies, union contracts, and legal requirementsEnsure payroll data is input accurately, completely, and timelyReconcile payrolls both prior to and following processing. Coordinate payroll changes, adds, and employment deletions as neededAdminister garnishments, run reports in ADP and G/L application and distribute as necessary, and ensure timely payment/funding of union duesPrepare and reconcile data for benefit funding, as neededPartner with Finance colleagues to resolve any General Ledger issuesEnsure timely and accurate updating of payroll records for special payments, gross-ups, etc.Review and distribute ADP funding notices (for net payroll and payroll taxes) to the various businesses accounting departmentsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferredMust have in-depth knowledge of and familiarity with Payroll software, Microsoft Word, and Advanced Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables a must)Requires a minimum of 3 years of payroll experienceExcellent customer service skillsMust have the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret dataPrior experience with Namely, Bill.com, and Quickbooks is a plusAbility to work independently, manage workload effectively, and stay focusedHighly effective written and verbal communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
